SHIPPING POLICY

We dispatch all of our products through couriers and provide tracking information via email after the order has been shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. You can also view the tracking information by logging in to our website's My Account section.

We may occasionally ship items from various warehouses to ensure prompt delivery, resulting in numerous shipment alerts, each with tracking information. We regret that we cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

While we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible, we recommend allowing 1-3 working days for delivery. If you place your order before 11 a.m. on a weekday, it will usually be delivered the next working day. This is based on delivery to eastern seaboard capital cities (Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne). If you live in WA, SA, NT, or a regional area, delivery time may take longer.
