The Cisco DS-C96S-FAN-I= is a MDS9396S fan tray assembly which keeping temperatures at reasonable levels especially those operating in cabinets and other enclosed spaces with reduced airflow.
The Cisco DS-C96S-FAN-I= fan tray provides port-side intake airflow features and specifically designed to work accurately with Cisco MDS 9396S Multilayer Fabric Switch.
For normal operation, the Cisco MDS 9396S Switch requires up to four fans.
